By accessing or using the Integration Collective ("IC") website, platform, directories, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform. IC reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Integration Collective is a community platform and affinity group serving Southern California's skilled trades. IC provides directories, job boards, educational resources, and community features to connect tradespeople, contractors, apprentices, homeowners, and businesses.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. IC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
Users may post profiles, listings, reviews, and other content through the platform. By posting content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You may not post content that is:
IC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.
Integration Collective is a platform facilitator, not a contractor, employer, or agent. IC does not vet, endorse, verify, certify, or guarantee any individual, company, license, credential, listing, or work arrangement on the platform. All directory listings, gig board postings, and profile information are user-generated.
IC does not perform background checks, verify license status, confirm insurance coverage, or inspect the quality of any work. Users are solely responsible for verifying the credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any tradesperson, contractor, or worker they engage through the platform.
All trade work in California must comply with applicable state and local laws, including licensing requirements under the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
IC is not a party to any employment agreement, independent contractor arrangement, service contract, or other agreement formed between users of the platform. Any arrangement between users — including pricing, scope of work, timelines, payment terms, and dispute resolution — is solely between the parties involved.
IC assumes no liability for any disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or legal violations arising from connections, agreements, or work arrangements made through this platform. Users agree to hold IC harmless from any claims arising from their interactions with other users.
All content, design, logos, trademarks, and materials on the IC platform are the property of Integration Collective or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any IC content without prior written consent.
By posting content to IC, you grant Integration Collective a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integration Collective, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
IC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use, fraudulent or illegal activity, abusive behavior toward other users, or posting false or misleading content.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Southern California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
